The Choosing Me Retreat is an intimate, midweek healing experience designed for women who are ready to slow down, reset, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.
Created for women who pour into everyone else, this retreat offers space to rest, reflect, and rise — without distraction, pressure, or noise. Set in a private luxury retreat home, you’ll experience three days of intentional healing, sisterhood, and soft-life living.
Through guided workshops, yoga and breathwork, spa-style pampering, intentional conversations, and soul-nourishing experiences, you’ll be invited to release what no longer serves you and step back into your power — emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
